We have been in the wedding planning business for many years.  We understand that every wedding is unique and each wedding planning experience is not one size fits all.  We make it our goal to ensure your wedding planning experience is stress-free and painless.
 
Another unique characteristic about our company is we also offer Honeymoon planning and travel arrangements as well as securing your hotel blocks for your out-of-town guests!

ABSOLUTELY! We believe LOVE comes in all forms. We are an inclusive company and serve all clients regardless of race, ethnicity, creed, sexual identity, or sexual orientation.

3. When in the planning process should we hire you?

We should be hired as soon as you have decided on your wedding date as we only take on a certain number of weddings per month each year.

4. What is the difference between you and a venue coordinator?

In a nutshell, a venue coordinator is responsible for everything that specifically deals with the venue.  We, as your wedding planners, will design, attend meetings with your vendors, review contracts, and manage the logistics of your wedding day.

5. On average, what does a couple with whom you work, spend on their wedding?"

On average our clients spend between $450-$1,000 per guest as a whole for their wedding (venue, catering, invitations, flowers, etc).

Absolutely YES!  We will travel outside of our service area!

ABSOLUTELY!  We work with some amazing resorts and venues, domestically and internationally.  If you already have a beautiful location in mind, we will work with you to help bring your vision to life!

8. What is your starting investment fee?

Your investment is determined by many factors (location, time of year, number of guests, services being provided).  Our Event Management Service has a beginning investment fee of $2125.  Please contact us for our Full-Service Planning Services.

9. Do you offer Day of Coordination Services?

Accepted Answer

Our Day of and/or Month of Coordination Service is referred to as our Event Management Package.  Because this package involves more than just working with our team on the day of your wedding or the month before your wedding, this package is offered within a limited period during peak wedding season.
 
With our Event Management Package, we typically begin working with you in your planning process about 3 months before your wedding date.  We encourage you to contact us soon if you are interested in working with our team!
